Shugong
Xu is an IEEE Fellow, a specially-appointed professor at Shanghai
University, head of the Shanghai Institute for Advanced Communication
and Data Science (SICS). In his 20+ years career in research (over 15
years in industrial research labs), he had over 40 issued US/WO/CN
patents and published more than 140 peer-reviewed research papers. He
was awarded "National Innovation Leadership Talent" from China
government in 2013, IEEE Fellow in 2015. Shugong also won 2017 Award for
Advances in Communication from IEEE Communication Society. His current
research interests include V2X, wireless communication systems, and
machine learning etc.

Dr.
Andrew Ng is an Associate Professor with Singapore Institute of
Technology. He is a Chartered Engineer with the UK Engineering Council
and serves on the committees of various local and international
professional engineering institutions, such as Institute of Electrical
and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), Institution of Engineers Singapore
(IES), Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), and Institution
of Railway Signal Engineers (IRSE). He is a Senior Member of IEEE and
IES; a Consultant and Advisor to startups and multinational
corporations; and a Guest Editor of a special issue of an international
journal. In addition, Dr. Ng is a Principal Investigator of several
grants amounting to more than SGD 1 million. He holds one international
patent and has over 25 publications as both first and corresponding
author. His research and development innovations have also garnered him
several prestigious awards, such as Outstanding Researcher Award,
Teaching Excellence Award, Amity Researcher Award, Young Investigator
Award, and National Instruments Editor’s Choice Engineering Impact
Award. Furthermore, Dr. Ng has been a keynote and an invited speaker at
various international conferences. He has also been frequently quoted
and interviewed by news media on railway transportation issues and
current affairs.
Prof. Dr. Ajit Khosla
Xidian University, China
Dr. Ajit Khosla is a distinguished
professor at the Xidian University, Shaanxi Province. China. He is
Fellow of Royal Society of Chemistry (FRSC). He received his PhD from
Simon Fraser University in 2012, where he was awarded the Dean of
Graduate Studies Convocation Medal as one of SFU’s most outstanding
graduate students in the Faculty of Applied Sciences. He is the author
of over 180 publications in refereed journals, 115 conference
proceedings, 4 books and 5 US patents, with an h index of 40 and i-10
index of 101 and over 6000 citations. He has initiated numerous projects
and developed collaborations with industry and universities globally.
He is Founding Editor-in-Chief of one of Electrochemical Societies first
gold open access journals, ECS Sensors Plus; published on IOP Science.
He is also Technical Editor for Sensors Topical interest area of Journal
of Electrochemical Society and Journal of Solid-State Science and
technology. He has been a champion of the Electrochemical Society’s
(ECS) diversity, equity, inclusion, & access mission statement, in
leading a focus issue in The Journal of Electrochemisty (JES), titled
‘Women in Electrochemisty’. He is chair and founder of ICTSGS and
4DMS+SoRo annual conference series. His research program is
interdisciplinary in nature that bridges disciplines. His focus is on
development of sustainable micro-nano fabricated flexible chemical and
biological sensors for healthcare and environmental monitoring

Dr. Mohd Nazri Ismail, Universiti Pertahanan Nasional Malaysia, Malaysia
Born in
Penang, Malaysia in 1971, Dr. Mohd had graduated in Computer Science
(Bachelor Degree) and Engineering Science (Master Degree) at University
Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) and Multimedia University (MMU). He pursued
his doctoral programme in the same institution (UKM) and obtained his
Ph. D in 2010. Starting as a Network Engineer in 1995, he became
Lecturer In 2001, at University of Kuala Lumpur (UniKL) and National
Defense University of Malaysia. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mohd Nazri Ismailhad a
deep involvement in computer network research and was awarded the
prestigious “Educator Award 2009 – R&D/Education category” by MARA
(Malaysia Agency). He has supervised Ph.D. and Master Students and
teaching at undergraduate and post graduate level. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mohd
Nazri Ismail has published more than 100 papers in national and
international journals (index by ISI, SCOPUS, IET etc) and IEEE
conferences. He has attended many international conferences throughout
the world and has chaired many technical sessions. He has appointed as
Technical Program Committee and organized more than 60 national and
international conferences. He has appointed as Editorial Board member
more than 90 international journals and 40 international reviewer panels
(journal/proceeding). Awards and laurels won by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mohd
Nazri Ismail run into volumes and he has received 28 awards in
R&D/Education. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mohd Nazri Ismail is an International
Association of Engineers (IAENG), IEEE Cloud Computing Community,
Society of Digital Information and Wireless Communications (SDIWC),
International Association of Engineers and Scientists(IAEST), Universal
Association of Computer & Electronics Engineers (UACEE), International
Association of Online Engineering (IAOE) and International Association
of Computer Science and Information Technology (IACSIT). Assoc. Prof.
Dr. Mohd Nazri Ismail has also published 10 books on Computer Network
Security, Wireless Technology and Internet of Things (IoT).
