Registration Guideline

Every participant should finish the registration before he can attend the conference. Please confirm your registration type and amount before your do the payment. And you also should carefully read and understand the cacellation policy when you do the registration.

3 types of Registrants: Authors(Full paper publication & presentation) | Presenters(Presentation only without publication) | Listeners(Participation without paper submission)

Early bird price is only acceptable for those who finish the registration before the deadline. Registration after this date should be paid with regular price. Please pay attention to the time and submit your paper on as early as possible.

Considering the severe impact of COVID-19,  we kindly suggest you to register for online presentation.

Note

▶Student rate is given to the author(s) of a paper whose first author and presenter are a student with requirement to show their student certification.
▶When a paper exceeds Five pages, additional pages will be chargeable.
▶Additional paper price is only for paper with the same first author.
▶Co-authors who wish to participate can register as listeners.
▶Onsite registration is only applicable to listeners. In order to prepare materials for the onsite registrants in advance, please send us the registration form also.
▶Onsite registration should be better to pay with cash. But the US dollars can be exchanged with local currency.
▶One author registration covers one paper submission and one author attendance only.

Safety Reminding

1). Please keep all your belongings (laptop, moblie phone etc.) with you in the public.
2). Conference organization is not responsible for the loss or damage of any valuables of the attendees.
3). Wearing your name tag when you enter the meeting room.
4). Name tag is not allowed to be lent to other persons.
5). Do not bring irrelevant persons into the meeting room.

 

Cancellation Policy

Every participant should finish the registration before he can attend the conference. If a registrant is unable to attend an event for any reason, they may substitute, by arrangement with the registrar, someone else of co-authors or from the same institute/organization.

Written requests for cancellations must be sent to the ACCC Conference Secretary by July  5, 2020, and 30USD bank service charge will incur. Cancellations received after July  5, 2020 but before August 1, 2020; 30% processing fee is required. Cancellations after August 1,2020 but before August 20,2020; 50% processing fee is required. Cancellations after August 20,2020, will NOT be dismissed and registration fees will not be refund.

Personal Reason
The ACCC2020 cannot refund or pay any compensation where could not attend the conference is prevented by reason of circumstances which amount to “personal reason”. Such as travel difficulties, visa problems, health issues, financial default etc.

Force Majeure
The ACCCA2020 cannot accept responsibility, refund or pay any compensation where the performance of the conference is prevented or affected by reason of circumstances which amount to “force majeure”.
Circumstances amounting to “force majeure” include any event which we could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such circumstances include the fire, flood, explosion, storm or other weather damage, break-in, criminal damage, riots or civil strife, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, war or threat of war, actual or threatened terrorist activity, epidemic and all similar situations beyond our control.

Conference Date and Place Statement
The organizer has the right to change the date and place of the conference under the reason of amount to “force majeure” circumstances. The participants of the conference are obliged to cooperate with the organizer's change and refund policy.
